King + Miller is in search of experienced talent as we look to add another Buyer Agent. Who are we? We’re a high volume, tight knit, fiercely loyal team. Who are you?
The ideal candidate will be a self starting, laser focused, relationship developing powerhouse. You’re competitive, but not cocky. You enjoy working on a team, but don’t need your hand held. You understand that a lead is just a lead until you make them a customer, however long it takes. And once you convert them, you do whatever it takes to make your client happy. Your reputation and conduct are above reproach. You are likable and kind. You have a life outside of work. You take time for yourself but will put your client first when necessary.

If you’re a new agent seeking a team structure, or a seasoned agent that’s tired of doing it all alone, we just might be the group you’ve been looking for.

 
Responsibilities
• Schedule and conduct new buyer meetings. 
• Respond promptly to all client calls, emails and other communications.
• Convert team leads to appointments, and generate new leads. 
• Show homes to prospective buyers and clients.
• Conduct open houses.
• Provide diligent and professional buyer representation throughout the transaction to ensure a successful closing and a satisfied client.
• Uphold the Realtor Code of Ethics. 
• Provide 5 star customer service.
 
Qualifications
• Must be a Maine Real Estate Licensee
• Professional in appearance and conduct
• Can do attitude

• Strong work ethic
