1. Be flexible with search parameters. Let's say you're in search of a
3 Bedroom home. If we loosen your search parameters, we might be surprised at what comes up. For example, a 2 bedroom home + a bonus room that could easily be converted to a third bedroom.
2. Off-Market Homes: these are homes being sold word-of-mouth that you won't find posted online. We’ll reach out to our network to see what’s available off-market. A team with strong local connections comes in handy here!
3. Expired Listings: these are homes that didn't sell when they were previously listed and may be available again.
4. Not Listed: just because a home isn't for sale right now doesn't mean that's the case forever. In a low-inventory market, we can send letters to homes that meet your criteria in the neighborhood
you're after.
