- Water marks on the ceiling
- Cracks in the walls or foundation
- Sloping or slanting floors
- Sagging roof
- Cracked sidewalks or driveway
- Single pane windows
- Discolored water
- Outdated wiring
- Signs of mold

We always recommend a professional inspection before buying to reveal any hidden problems.
