- Update fixtures & hardware

MARCH: Curb appeal
- Clear yard debris & plan landscaping
- Pressure wash exterior areas
- Touch-up exterior paint

APRIL: Final polish
- Deep clean your home
- Stage each room (professional staging is included with all of our listings)
- Prep for professional photos
- Run through a pre-listing inspection
MAY: Showtime!
